How can I pay for my booking?

You need to pay for your ticket by check, cash or credit card for international or domestic bookings. Remember at Delta Travelz payment is not required until we have checked the accuracy of your booking and you are satisfied with it.

 

Is my Credit Card Information secured with Delta Travelz?

Your credit card details are only used to pay for your travel booking. They are not used for any other purpose. Details are only supplied to a third party you’re your permission and when it is required to provide goods or services, which you have purchased.

 

How do I receive my tickets?

Most of the tickets now are electronic which means all your trip details are in airline system and actual boarding passes are issued at the airport check-in only after showing your passport.

 

Can I ask for seating or meal request?

Yes, please always let us know if you have any seat preference like window, aisle and also if you have any special dietary requirements, and we will make sure all airlines are aware of them. You can also request a wheelchair or bassinet if needed.

 

 

Note:

Please note that if you cancel a booking or change the date of your flight after your travel documents have been issued, the Airlines charge a cancellation or amendment fee and any differences on the ticket prices. Please ask us to advise you of all cancellation and amendments conditions pertaining to your specific booking. Some tickets are non-refundable, if they are any refunds can take up to 5 months to process.
